Tell more re yesterday's Bbq?

I started it about 10years ago just between myself a Mrs dp. Now it become a tradition come hail snow or fog . One year at our house next year at one of Mrs dp in-laws.  It just Xmas dinner but the Turkey/ pigs in blanket / sprouts/ pork belly/ roast potatoes. Etc are done outside  on the BBQ . Totally different taste to doing it inside . Also stayed at the air bnb next door for nothing as we invited their neighbours around. Had a few drinks🥴 then watched Vera on the box. Didn't get up today till 11 o'clock 🤯.

I've just had a surprise visit from my Neices, dropping off presents Bro waited in the car. I didn't see them over Christmas because they were poorly... Some Chocolate... miniture JD set with tumbler bottle of wine and some Digital Drumsticks, which until I read about them on main AB never heard of them... flying visit but so lovely.

I havent openend the box yet to investigate, It'll be odd as I did own my own Drum kit when in bands etc.... when down at Bro's I still can't get used to his drum pad kid... feels odd.

No just the sticks not the other pads etc.

I havent the batteries to activate them today, but they do anyway Dusty always tapping ones feet, I even do the 'fill ins' with them (Drum rolls) sometimes I don't even know I'm doing it... I are mindful if baby' on board or silly AM.

No Haz, it's all inclusive so I will be taking an awful lot of calories in (much of it from a glass).

Luckily putting weight on isn't a problem I have.

I will also be swimming and walking quite a lot, in line with my new year's resoluition.
