Do I Order A Us Plug Or Send The Curlers I Got Back?

I accidently ordered US Plug  curler and it won't fit in any of my plugs. I'm struggling to get hold of the company to return them.

Well I would look on the back of it or the box and see what the volage is.

And don't buy an electrical item from an American website ...   check the address doesn't end in ".com". It should be ".uk".

@11.04. The item was bought from a US website and since "dual-voltage" was not mentioned, most of us would expect it not to be.

As for just cutting the US plug off...somebody needs to gen up!

The link Abbey put showed the order form and it was very clear that the buyer had to check if they wanted a UK or US plug. Is it necessary to have this many responses on something so simple. Send it back for an exchange
