Do I Order A Us Plug Or Send The Curlers I Got Back?

I accidently ordered US Plug  curler and it won't fit in any of my plugs. I'm struggling to get hold of the company to return them.

You should always check the website before you order.

Business name and address, phone number, returns policy should be clearly displayed. Check reviews of the company but beware of fake reviews.

I don't think that company is in the US. Legitimate US companies give proper information and reference state and federal laws.

No can't find any of it only email and social media 

I know, that's why I don't trust that site. 

I wouldn't buy anything with an electric plug from Shein, either

Thank you do I put a note in there? 

Send them an email to [email protected] telling them your name and email address, order number,  date of purchase, price paid etc and ask for refund or for an exchange. Put your name and address plus UK. See what reply you get. 

Abbey has done that several times and they are not responding 

You need a returns label from this company Abbey. If you try to post it yourself back to US it will probably cost you more than the £34 you paid. 

I would try to get money back through bank or PayPal or however you paid. 

errr - haven't read all the posts but do recall my friend's son in America year 2000 bought me - electric tongs, electric brushes, combs whilst in America.

later I came home and adapted the US plug to UK plug myself as I was a dab handy.  It worked ok BUT - thank God I was there myself in my house - the tongs, brushes etc all melted - I'm thinking our UK energy was much stronger than American stuff.  I'm only assuming.

Are you sure the item came from the US. I think you would have had to pay custom duty on it. If you Google Luxellauk there appears to be a UK site.

If you got what you ordered I can understand them not helping you out. At best I'd expect to have to pay the return postage plus the postage for a replacement plus maybe an admin/ handling charge as they would have to check and track the returned item. If so, it would be cheaper to throw it.

But who in UK is going to want curlers with a US plug? You would have to be honest when advertising it. 

You could not use them so why would anyone else? 

Have you written to luxella on the help page where you can put your email and phone number?

Where it says contact us I messaged them.

Have you also sent lots of emails to the [email protected] as this would be proof of date you made complaint or asked for an exchange? If you haven't sent a proper email from your account then do it now.
