Oh, I must have missed the offer from Argentina to purchase the Falklands, there was me thinking they just piled in with hardly any dialogue whatsoever.

Given there has never been a willingness to sell Greenland to the US the only feasible alternative option for Trump would be an invasion; something he notably refuses to rule out. So the fact he won't confirm either is no comfort.

 

But as I stated earlier,  I  suspect he is trying to manipulate Denmark/Greenland into beefing up military defence. After all, westward travelling missiles from a hostile nation would likely pass over Greenland on their way to the US.
