Are there any Panzer Mark IV, Panthers and Tiger tanks on display in any museums in England? If not, where is the nearest display?

I don't know about the specific ones you quote, but have you tried Bovington Tank museum in Dorset? Check it out it has a wide range of tanks even from WW1, also German, Italian and japanese from WW2. It is also an active Army Depot too.
If you look under exhibits they have a panzer-68 Is that any good?

I'm pretty sure there's some Panzers in the Imperial War Museum too, north and south. Worth checking...
Plus at the Land Warfare Hall at Duxford Airfield ( Imperial War Museum) they have many tanks of all sides and scenerios of them in action. Also you can ride on tanks and other armoured vehicles at various times.

Worth a look.
Bovington Tank Museum has a superb collection. They also have the only operating Tiger in the world as well as Mk.4s, a Panther and a King Tiger. There are also many British, US and Russian tanks and other equipment from WW1 up to the present.
