//The nine-second clip, filmed last year in the exercise yard of Feltham Young Offender Institution in West London, was shared on Snapchat last week.

Both people are believed to have since been released, with one recently uploading footage of himself inhaling nitrous oxide.//

How on earth are these things smuggled in?

Most likely by drone, Naomi.

Drones drop them in.

Might be a cunning plan for solving overcrowding and cutting down on food bills, let them fight it out.

why haven't they got guys with guns in towers shooting these things down.

^^^^ dope!

Can they not string some sort of netting across open areas?

why? they do in other countries.

Almost every other country in the world knows how to run a prison. Ours are like Butlins.

Someone must've told them where they could shove their knives before they went to Felt them young offenders institution.

So TTT would have 3 or 4 marksmen in towers at each jail 24/7/365 sitting with rifles waiting to shoot down the occasional drone that they would probably miss & might inadvertently shoot a person. Great idea! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

(Better to put them on the beaches around Dover I think.)

Naomi, in your link it says that the netting is broken, as is the CCTV. I'm assuming that once mended, they're somehow broken again.

It also says in your link that prisoners are melting the bars of their cells with the elements in their kettles in order to make the 'deliveries' more accessible. And that the drones can target specific cells.

Brick up the windows. Solitary for misconduct, long term jail for corrupt screws.

I can't see any of that on my link, Ken.  I wonder if  using a phone, as I am, makes a difference?
