This morning we took the hardest decision ever and let Jess go.

The tumour that was removed had grown back in 7 days bigger than before

we felt that it was unfair to put her through more operations and to leave her with the tumour was cruel.

Oh, I'm so so sorry. I know very well how you are feeling. But remember that you gave Jess a good life...and hopefully a peaceful transition over the bridge. Sleep well Jess.

I am sorry to hear this, I hope you and OH and the other kids are okay.  Not everybody suits pink leggings.❤

My condolences to you x

So sorry to hear that you've had to say goodbye to your wonderful four-legged friend. 💔

Am so sorry. x

A sad time for you and family DDLL - thinking of you. x  No more suffering, Jess.

You did the right thing for Jess. x

An awful decision to have to make but clearly the right one. Thinking of you.

I'm so sorry to hear this.  It is the hardest, but the kindest thing you have to do for a cherished fur baby.  I know you must be absolutely heartbroken.  I hope that in time the raw and rough edges of your grief will be smoothed a little by fond memories of her.  BM (and Satan's Sisters) xx

Ah that is really nice BM

Nice to hear from a real animal lover, making a personally painful decision rather than let an animal suffer in pain.

I salute you DDIL and sympathise with you in your distress.

I'm so very sorry to hear this. She took your love with her...

Am so so sorry to hear this -  but as a fellow cat lover & owner I know that you did the right thing as you wouldn't have wanted your fur baby to suffer for a second more than necessary. Sending you much love x

Your love for her endures, you will meet again.

Thank you all

😢

We had to say goodbye to my daughter's 4yr old cockapoo last November. He was very lethargic and could hardly walk. After several visits to the vets it was discovered he contracted Addisons disease. All the family were absolutely gutted, especially the grandkids.

I just wanted to thank you all.

We collected her ashes today, I am having some turned into jewellery, some will go into her memory box and the rest will be scattered on the beach in September.

I saw this book today and thought of you:
