I am not surprised, it took me three days of struggling to just get into the system - all because I have neither a passport nor a driving licence.  I'm off now to finish the job, 🤞

I had the same problem as I had no photo id.  They owed me money.

I can't remember how I sorted it out.

Once done , you have to fill out a return until you DDDDIIIIIIIEEEEE!

Not true.

did mine easily enough but its getting the couple of grand back out of them thats the problem.  My passport chip was knackered so couldnt register.  You have just reminded me i need to go back in and sort it now I have the new passport.
