Are you happy with your cleaner and their cleaning ability? Do they do the bare minimum or go above and beyond?

How often do you have them to clean?

Yes, I have a cleaning lady. I 'inherited' her when I moved in with my now husband. 
I don't really need her to do the cleaning, but she is a source of gossip and chat, and we'd miss her if she left. She comes three times a week for an hour.
