After I start my Ford KA the battery warning light does not go out. Why
prev Is a wishbone/lower control arm the same thing?

Dodgy alternater or slack fan belt.

As above, get it repaired before you run out of electricity.

As above - the alternator is failing to recharge the battery or your fanbelt is loose. Either way, the car will die soon unless you change the alternator or tighten the belt.
