1kayvee, I know what you are going through as I get Baker's cysts in the back of both knees. Very, very painful indeed. I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and am on the urgent list for two knee replacements. Get a cheap 1kg bag of peas and put tit in the freezer. Once they are frozen shake the bag so that the peas are not sticking together and then rest your knee on the bag to cool the cyst. It should calm it down and become less painful. Also, you might try spraying your knee (front and back) with Boots own Pain Relief Heat Spray. It costs under 3 and is better than most of the more expensive ones. It takes the pain away within a matter of minutes with me, but only the pain from the cysts not from the bone. Hope this helps a bit and you feel better soon. :o)
