Households with at least one foreign national claimant received more than £7.5 billion in universal credit in 2023, figures from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) show.

That's really the job of a party that gives lower priority to the needs of the hoi polloi, and prefers to use them as resources for the business owners to use as required.

The benefit is for the household, only one of which needs to be neither British nor Irish.
That means there could be British or Irish folk in the household included in the claim.
You have no clue about any Universal Credit claimant’s employment history or contribution to the British economy.
The make up of the households is not known, neither is the employment histories of those in the households.
I am stating the money is not going only to foreigners and it is incorrect to claim none of the foreigners has contributed toward the British economy since we have no idea whether they have worked and paid taxes in this country.
