Dry Scramlbed Eggs

Someone recently told me that they like their scrambled eggs made dry!...i have no idea what this means. I usually make it by melting some butter in the pan, and adding the eggs whisked with a splash of milk or water and just cook it gently. It does not end up dry!
Does anyone know what method is used to make them dry, or have any suggestions?

You can put the same milk/water in you do with all the others - you can even make them in the same pan - just when you take out the soft scrambled eggs, leave theirs in until they are no longer soft - lower heat is better for them, because you don't want them to burn, just cook all the way done - they will be firm to the touch.
It's really to do with the consistency.Some people like really soft scrambled eggs, other people like really dry scrambled eggs.Depends how long you cook them.I prefer them creamy so add a dash of single cream and cook them with a knob of butter.My son prefers them scrambled to death with no cream or butter...and I have to clean the saucepan !!
you can do dry scramble in the microwave, although, its not a very traditional way of cooking breakfast!!
get a plastic jug, 3/4 eggs splash of milk, picnh salt and pepper cover it and nuke it for about 1 1/2 minutes, smash it up with a kinfe and micro it for 15 -30 seconds longer untill it is at the coinsistency you want.
not the best way of cooking, but fast and without any mess in pans..
