I heard that processed food takes all the goodness out of it. Does that mean there is no goodness in processed pea's at all? No vitamins etc??

You are correct to say that processing takes most of the goodness out of food. However, that doesn't mean that there are no nutrients in them. They still contain vitamins and minerals but in reduced quantities.
You are better off eating frozen peas as they are frozen quickly after picking and thus retain most of the goodness

Processed peas are dried, then heat treated to prevent them going off (pasteurised). They're later re-hydrated, (i.e. soaked), and cooked.
In the above process, all vitamin C will be lost, but nearly all of the other 'goodness' is retained. Frozen peas lose about a quarter of their vitamin C content.
