Why doesn`t Superglue stick to the inside of the bottle or tube container that it comes in ?

Like many other adhesives, there are some surfaces it just won't stick to, even when set. The polythene the bottles are made from is one of these. Note the 'greasy' sort of feel that polythene has. Many plastics can only be be joined with solvent adhesives that 'melt' the two surfaces. Superglue doesn't do this.
