I see James Whale is preparing to stand as a candidate for Lord Mayor of London. Although I don't live there, he'd get my vote! What would he do?, scrapping the congestion charge is his priority, so I believe, and what else could he have up his sleeve?

admarlow, I unreservedly withdraw my reference to your having made homophobic remarks - I've completely mixed you up with someone else who has made such comments, and while I can't claim to have undertaken any sort of academic review of your posts, those I have seen haven't been homophobic - I'm sorry for the mistake. Thanks for sounding less bothered than you might have (unless that's because you took it as a compliment, in which case I'd have to withdraw my withdrawal!).
