Hi, my boyfriend gave me a white nintendo ds lite for my birthday a few months ago but now the pink one is out he wants to get me that one and he'll take the white one. The thing is I've obviously played games on the white ds and have saved stuff on it. For example I have Nintendogs and have grown quite attached to my doggies. Is there any way of transferring the 'saves' from one ds to another? Thanks in advance x

dont the saves get saved to the actual game cards?
The majority of the data is actually saved onto the chip in the game itself.

I remember borrowing my brothers Mario Kart game and there was nothing I could do on it as he had completed it, and didn't want me to erase his data.

That is great news! I don't know why I thought they'd be saved on the console, maybe because the chip is so tiny! Thanks very much for your answers x
