I am EAGERLY awaiting a "new baby" from a litter, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I was wondering if the colour played a part in their temperament. As I know in some breeds it does. We are more than likely going to have a Black & Tan (we have 2 very young children). THANKS :-)

I'm not sure but I was advised that black cocker spaniels are snappier. A friend has just got a tan and white King Charles and she is just lovely. Hope yours is too

A friend of mine has a black & tan cavalier AND a tan one, both male. They are both great family pets & very gentle with children.
