Mobile Phone Help Needed.

I'm getting a poor deal, I recon, from my Mobile Phone. I don't know what I'm charged for making a call, as I hardly ever use it for that, but I do send and receive a lot of text messages, which costs me 20p for each text that I send. What's the best deal I can get, given those curcumstances. I'm currently with T. Mobile.

Will I have to change my phone to go to another provider?

20p a text message? That is ridiculous! There are several deals out there at the moment for pay as you go users. The best one I've found is O2, you buy a sim (very cheaply!) and, providing you top it up with �10 each month, you get 300 free text messages to use within that month. You can mix and match your free allowances with texts and calls, but seeing as you use text more I'd say that's the one for you. They also do rewards and treats for customers on that deal where you get 10% of what you've topped up back every 3 months, by the sounds of it you'd be much better off if you swapped!

Forgot to mention, you wouldn't have to change your phone, but if it's not unlocked, you would have to pay to get the phone unlocked which, depending on how new your phone is, could cost between �10 and �20.
