32kg of cement, 63kg of sharp sand, 117kg of gravel and 30 litres of water, according to the website below. The measurements you gave work out at 1/10th of a cubic metre, so put "0.1" in the calculator on the site.

6 Bags of gravel, 3 bags of sand & 1 &1/2 bags of cement.
In the practical world you would order from your DIY store bags of ballast instead of stones and sand separately so the mixture is correct and then do a 5:1 mix with the cement.
