Hey, I've running Windows XP Proffesional (Soon to be Windows Vista Ultimate), and I was wondering if I could install Mac OSX as well as Windows XP/Vista.

You'd have to install the OS from some non-reputable source, with absolutely no guarantees that the thing isn't going to eat your hard drive. Don't do any serious work on a non-mac machine with OS X on it. Secondly, it's only for certain hardware with certain drivers, to get it properly working. You'll probably find that for your particular computer it won't work all that well.
