Over the years, i have caught parts of this film numerous times but have never seen the end; i tried to stay awake the other Saturday night but it was on too late and i made it to where Katherine has a miscarriage - can someone please tells me what happens at the end?

Have a look through the forums on IMDB, those where they mention Spoiler would maybe give away the end
