Fleece hood

Some years ago I saw a fleece hat that had a sort of scarf attachment that went round your neck/face. Basically like a fleece balaclava but not so tight. (Not really a scarf, more like a snood)

As I work out on the market in all weathers I thought one of these might be useful to keep my face and neck warm.

Any ideas where I could get one? The ones I saw were being sold on Liverpool Street station by casual sellers i.e. not in a shop.
