Does anyone know of anonymous surfing sites? I normally use Silenter.com to access the sites blocked by my uni server, but recently it hasnt been working. Please suggest other sites - ooh.. and I'd rather not pay.

You could try www.silentsurf.com or www.anonymizer.com, but these are both well-known and could also be blocked

or http://www.the-cloak.com/anonymous-surfing-home.html works a treat, though if you want to access secure websites e.g. https then you are gonna have to pay.
