Which Windows are you running? Win2000/NT? And are you trying to run a program from a CD? Cheers, PD

I'm running win2000 & the files I'm having trouble opening are executables downloaded from the internet (e.g. install file for AIM). Have seen the MS solution which is to expand a bunch of .dll & other files types since some apparently might have been corrupted but this does not seem to work? Any ideas ? :-) Thx ! Tom
