"Play it again, Sam" was never said.
I heard that "Beam Me Up Scottie" was never said in Star Trek
Yeah... Michael Caine never said 'I am as charismatic as mud and act just like a plank of wood.' Even though he should have done. :#
Heres a few

"Elementary, my dear Watson"

Correct quote: Though "Elementary," and "...my dear Watson." both do appear in the beginning of The Crooked Man, it is the "...my dear Watson" that appears first and "Elementary" is the succinct reply to Watson's exclamation one turn of dialogue later. This is the closest these four immortal words ever appear together in the canon. - Sherlock Holmes

.
"Me Tarzan, you Jane."

Occurs in none of the Tarzan films nor in the book by Edgar Rice Burroughs
Occured in an interview with the actor of Tarzan in the films, saying this is as complicated as his dialogue got.

"Luke, I am your father."
Correct quote: "No. I am your father." - Darth Vader, Star Wars Episode V:The Empire Strikes Back

"You dirty rat!"
Never said by James Cagney in any film.

.
You want the truth? You can't handle the truth!

In the film A Few Good Men, Jack Nicholson, only says the line "You can't handle the truth!"
Mae West never said "Come up and see me sometime".
Mr Spock, in Star Trek never said ' It's life jim , but not as we know it '

Napolean never said ' not tonight josephine'

Former Prime Minister, James Callaghan never said
' crisis ? what crisis '
Wait, Michael Caine never said "Not a lot of people know that"? Maybe not in any of movies... but then I've never said a lot of things in movies either.
scoobysoo, you are right, "Beam me up Scotty" was never uttered by Kirk in Star Trek, the command to beam-up was "Energise".
He often preceeded the command with the instruction "Mr Scott, four to beam up".
Any John Wayne quote is usually wrong and just a comic version of the image people had of the impersonators.
Enoch Powell did not quite say "Rivers of Blood".
