Has anyone read this? Just finished this and not sure if it was really good or really bad? what do you think?

I found it a bit slow.

Read "English Passengers" by Matthew Kneale an excellent book - a much better fictional, historical, nautical tale

Thanks File Cutter, I read it and initially found it difficult to get into, then when I finished it thought I had missed the poing as had heard tv programmes rave about, obviously it is up to personal taste and interpretation but just felt completely non plused by it either way.
