spiff. It appears there are two versions - one made in 1990 called "12:01 PM" by Richard Lupoff (who wrote the story) and Jonathan Heap (who directed the TV version), which was Argentinian, lasted less than half an hour, and was only ever made for (and shown on) TV. There is a little about it here:

It was then remade in 1993 (directed by Jack Sholder), lengthened to an hour and a half and called simply "12:01", which you can read a bit about here:

However, I think even the remake was only for TV too, so chances of finding it on video/DVD are slim...
