What else has the bloke who played Vinny been in? Think he is called Tom Bell,looked on IMDB but couldn't find him

He was in the first couple, and last 'Prime Suspect', and died just a couple of weeks ago.

He was in the brit flick Wish You Were Here, he played a real sleazy guy, I think he was in the singing detective as well, the TV version.

He has been in loads of TV and Films.
