Why does decaffeinated coffee make me sleepy

Caffeine has no taste and a lot of people believe that the stimulus received from coffee is mearly a placebo affect. They didi load os test on students doing tests by giving hafl the students espresso before bed and the other half hot mik, then after 2 weeks swapped them around. All the students claimed that the espresso kept the awake while the milk helped to have a good full nights sleep, it turns out that the espresso was decaff and the milk was spiked with enough caffeine to keep a horse awake! so maybe you believe it to have no effect and that it why you feel relaxed after driking it, quite a few hot drinks make people feel sleepy.
