Probably none. Most folk seem to plan there weddings quite well without employing someone to do it for them.

Some hotels who specialise in weddings and special events, employ these kind of people to relieve the couple of all the planning. They must be trained somewhere. The idea behind it is for the hotel to get a commission on photographs, car hire, etc. Maybe ask at a nearby hotel who do big 'dos'. Good luck.
