I need to find a legal citation on the case of Doctor David Moor, can anyone help me?

Hi Louis. I did a really good search around, got access to a number of citators and online services but haven't come up with a citation. Only thing I can point you toward is an article by Anthony Arlidge 'The trial of Dr David Moor' [2000] Crim LR 31 which may have a case citation in it. Can't seem to access this online so maybe if you can get access to the hard copy of Criminal Law Reports you can have a look. It might be that its unreported. Depending on how authoritative you need to be you could use a BMJ citation (better than nothing), just do a google search and the article comes up.
