You can get protein from meat, lentils and dairy products, serve with carbohydrates such as bread, pasta or rice, and add green vegetables. Fibre is important to keep your gut healthy - think brown bread, wholewheat pasta and pulses like lentils and peas. Dairy products such as yoghurt and cheese are good sources of calcium, and it's quite easy to eat five pieces of fruit and veg, if you take fruit or salad to work. You shouldn't need supplements ulness there are somethings you can't eat. I think the most incredible food is fish which is low fat and has loads of flavour. It's also good brain food so keeps you on your toes.

I would just add that a simple way [and much less expensive]of achieving that is to buy your food as fresh ingredients and prepare them yourself. Rather than, for example, buying tinned organic soup, or cooked grain products. Way more nutrients.
