Distance Selling Regulations 2000

I have ordered a new car from an online car broker for which I have paid a deposit by credit card and which will not be delivered until the end of the month. I may be going to have a problem insuring the car so would I be entitled to cancel my order without charge under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. I have not requested any personalisation other than choice of colour.
