Printer problem

A strange problem with a printer. When printing from Microsoft Photo Editor, and requesting one copy only, countless copies are printed. Other applications don't do this.

When printing from Word, if you choose to print only one page of a multi-page document, nothing is printed. If you print the whole document, no problem.

Baffled! Never seen this before.

It's new to me as well, so I certainly don't claim to be able to guarantee a solution.

However, a 'common sense' approach would seem to suggest that, if several applications are having problems communicating with your print driver, the fault must be with the driver and not with the specific applications.

Therefore, I suggest re-installing your printer's software (or, at least, that part of the software which installs the driver).
