Court Orders
Hi
I have a court order set up with my ex but he has just told me that he has stopped my monthly payments (and the kids pocket money) cos the company he works for, has gone into Receivership. Can anyone tell me what I should do if he breaks the Court Order I have for maintenance?
Thanks

Unless he has other income, or finds another job very quickly, the court is likely to reduce the amount he has to pay to a nominal sum.
