Nokia N73 Incoming call black out

Whenever I have an incoming call my nokia n73 will begin to vibrate and produce the chosen ringtone , however after a few seconds both the ringing and vibrating stops and I can't even press the green button to accept the phone call! As if thats not bad enough the phone totally blacks out and "restarts", my original theme is then changed back to the default and I really don't know what to do, please please please HELP! Thank You

Had a similar problem with my girlfriends N73

Have you got a mp3 ring tone or similar chosen and have you got the voice announce turned on (where it speaks the callers name as the phone rings)?

I have found u can have either one ot the other, try turning off the voice announcement and see how that goes. Doing this sorted out my GFs phone
