Permitting excel access to the internet

I am trying to install something on Excel - when i ask it to, it says there is an error and that i need to ensure any firewall is set to permit excell to access the internet!

How do i do this?! Any help would be much appreciated!

Go to START,CONTROL PANEL and select windows firewall. You will need to click on the exception tab and make Excel an exception
