the track was by raja mushtaq - it might have been called "heaven is a place", but you'll find it on Limewire as "The Sculptor"

I thought it was Husan by Bhangra Knights

Bangra Knights remixed Raja Mushtaq's song as "Husan".

Whilst both songs are recognisable as being of the advert, I don't believe either version is the one actually used by Peugeot.
