Id run a + from the battery with a inline fuse on the cable close to the battery, id run this to a relay and then to the parking sensor, taking the - for the sensor from the body of the van.
to operate the relay (ignition only) id run a cable from the radios ignition cable, and then obviously ground the - side of the relay to the body again.
the radios ignition cable is only live when the ignition is on, therefore giving you what you want. being behind the radio, it also means its easier to get to than anything in the fuse box.
hope this possibly helps
