I have a Binatone Icarus 1200 which was working fine earlier today. Now, when it's on hook, both the offhook green light and the red charge light are flashing, and I can't make or receive calls. The user guide handbook is no help explaining what's going on, and neither is the Binatone website. There is a help line, but it's closed until Monday. I've tried the phone and charger in another phone socket, but the same thing happens. Can anyone advise me, please ?

hi just had a look at your manual online and there is a section explaining how to reset the system to factory default settings, this may be an avenue to try but as for online help couldn't find anything of use when googling your problem. maybe some of the kind people here will be of help. good luck there is nothing more annoying then the frequency with which technology can go wrong.

Thank you for going to so much trouble for me. I went to the site, and reinstalling the default settings seemed to be working all right, but the phone still isn't usable. I really do appreciate your trying to help.
