Charlie quit in June so he is leaving in Dec/Jan. Tracy will be grooming Claire and other neighbours into believing that Charlie is being domestically violent towards her (burning herself with the iron and screaming his name etc) so that she can eventually kill him and make it seem like self-defence. That�s one theory. Another is that it will be worked to make it seem as if David Platt is under suspicion.
