most of the time u think the answer yes whilst holding the pendulum, whichever way it swings, that will be yes, and then u have ur meaning

If a pendulum moves in a circle it means that you either need some WD40 on the linkage or the answer is both yes and no!....that's what I reckon!

You need to ask the pendulum a question that you know the answer to,this will determin wether clock wise is a yes answer or anti clockwise is a no answer depending on which way the circle goes,if it just sways back and forth you need to ask the question another time my pendulum spins clock wise for yes and anti clock wise for no. Hope that answers your question
