29 Answers
this is a great one-
whta , do people think of george w bush being president, seriously ???
i think the guy is hilarious- IF he was a stand up comedian, but its pretty scary when you consider he has control of one of the largest, if not the largest military superpowers !!!!!!!
one of his best quotes-
end of fahrenheit 911:
"theres an old saying in tennessee, i know its in texas probably in tennessee that says, fool me once........pause...........shame on.......pause.......shame on you.........pause...... , a fooled man cant get fooled again"
and i hasten to add when he was at that conference- cant remember where, when he walked into the cupboard which he thought was the door!
the guy is classic.

I don't for one second believe you have been to Iraq, Pakistan, etc, and still come back wanting them all to be 'fried'! - very cultural.
Oh, and my main question was why hasn't us invaded Pakistan (which definately has WMD, ie, nukes and prob. alot more to do with 9/11).
It doesn't matter how good your spelling is, GWB is no saint and his secular view on the world causes alot of deaths.
Left or right wing - surely, you as an in...inta...intellect (can never spell that one) must see that GWB has over the last 2 years only fuelled global terrorism with his actions.

G W Bush is a joke, probably the most entertaining politician to watch on the telly and its not him running the show, its his Team- (dad's cronies) Rumsfeld and Cheney who pull all the strings.
There are numerous reasons why Bush hasn't nuked Middle east already:
Let's see, there's the oil factor(very very crucial!), the weapon/arms supplying factor, and finally if middle east were to "fry like bacon" as someone put it, Israel would be the olive oil fuelling the fry up so to speak.
So its a very tricky situation but all the same, we can be sure middle east will stay right where it is for a long time yet.

You have got a point Catso.
In fairness, although they have got a reputation for not being the sharpest tools in the box, from what people have told me and from my own personal experiences Americans (on the whole) are probably the friendliest people on the planet! certainly more than us miserable Brits (such as the pie eating Miss Ward Minter). But GWB doesn't do his country's reputation any favours.
