Would it be possible to have a sub-section under
AB Suggestions called: >Sub-section complaints?

It would be nice to confine them all into one place!

Complaints and Suggestions should be kept totally separate. We should have a new category called "Complaints" with 2 sub-sections; "Regular Complainers" and "Occasional Whiners".
