You used to have had to perform a miracle, but in modern times, I'm sure a balmeless life helping others qualifies you - Mother Teresa is in the process of being beatified. It does take an incredibly long time, mainly because it's sorted out by the powers of the Vatican, who, let's face it, don't exactly rush these things.

errrr how about this: 1) you die 2) you stay dead for some time, and start praying to god. 3) if you are lucky, he will have mercy upon upon your wretched soul and perhaps he will raise you up to heaven. OR you be good all your life, never drink, never smoke, dont even MENTION the word 'cannabis' and never have sex. ill stick with option number 1!
