periods, pills and woman things
2 Answers
hi, used to take the combined pill until approx 18 months ago and changed to a estrogen (sp?) only pill to alleviate mood swings. since the estrogen pill my periods have become steadily heavier and heavier and more and more painful. the last period i had only really stopped for a couple of days before my next one started. it wasnt heavy after the first few days, but tapered off into brown staining which doc says is old blood (sorry guys) not heavy enough to use sanitary protection. the doctor has referred me to a gynology (sp? again) clinic for a scan but first available appointment is not till mid jan. for the first few days of my period im literally flooding. i have to change even the super duper sheep size tampon every hour. apart from the pain, i dont feel to bad, maybe a bit tired, but i dont sleep well so that could be explained by that. will i be doing myself any harm bleeding in this way? im a little freaked out now the doctor has referred me.

Its very well known for helping this sort of thing... i'm on the satrflowerr oil , which is twice the strength of evening primrose oil.
