Microsoft Excel question

I am pobably going to struggle to explain exactly what I want to do, but I will do my best.
I want to print an A4 piece of paper with the words Christmas on it, but I would like the actual letters to be coloured in the Union Jack flag colours. The look I am after would be as if I had a page with with a single union Jack on it,and then cut out the letters and stuck them on a plain piece of paper.Does this make sense? Is this possible to do in Excel wothout having to do the cutting out bit? I will be doing this using several counries flags, so I am looking for an easy way if it possible.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
