Is there going to be a video or something, you could have a special party to watch it with her and give her a special lasting gift to mark the occasion and have a lovely graduation picture put up somewhere prominent.
How about a special album of photos with her from a baby to graduation or something like that with special comments written underneath of lovely sisterly things she may not know about such as how proud you felt when she did something.
You can get them made into a proper book these days and they're gorgeous, very popular for weddings and a beautiful keepsake.
Well done to her though :)
I have chocolate cake, will that help? BIG HUG xxx

Im a quote-collector, and one of the things i've done in the past when i've wanted to be there for someone is a book of quotes. It's really simple, just make a little book (i like to use different coloured pieces of paper in the same size) and fill it with appropriate quotes for the occasion. u cud put some in on sisters, graduation, pride, love. there are about six bajillion sites online with quotes. all really easy to navigate.
feel better!! i'm sure ur sister understands.
