HI All need to renew my insurance .
I have been with UIA for 20 yrs but had to claim and they were terrible. I now have to find another for house and contents. Any suggestions

We're with Norwich Union. Made a contents claim for broken toilet & wash basin which they attended to very quickly and provided their own plumbing service to refit the new ones. We're about to renew and have just tried Norwich Union Direct who have provided a much cheaper quote than Norwich Union through a broker. We also got a 10% discount from them because our car is insured through them.
